You will need to book your reservations by June 29th.  After this date, the group rate cannot be guaranteed.

Host School

At DISCOVER U we are going BACK TO SCHOOL!  We will be using the Vanderbilt University campus for majority of the education sessions.  Make sure to pack comfortable shoes as you walk between the Sarratt Student Center/Rand Hall, Kissam Center and the Alumni Hall between classes.

Airfare

  • Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport.
  • Make sure to purchase your airfare tickets well in advance so you can optimize the flight options.
  • We recommend booking your airfare at least 1 month in advance.

Ground Transportation

You will be responsible for getting to and from the airport as well as around town that is not a part of the Annual Institute’s agenda. Below are a few transportation options to consider when you are discovering Nashville:

  • Taxi | $30 average one way from the airport.
  • Uber or Lyft | $20 average one way from the airport.
    • You will need to set up your account on the website and download their app on your android/iPhone in advance.
  • Rental Car | Several companies are located at the airport.

AISAP will be providing transportation options between the Marriott hotel and Vanderbilt campus each day as well as the Tuesday night dinner.
The Vanderbilt campus and buildings that we will be using are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
