One of the first teacher agencies in America was established in 1846 by Horace Mann and Daniel Webster. Southern Teachers Agency, founded in 1902, is the oldest teacher placement service in the country.
STA provides a free service to candidates seeking jobs in private/independent schools in the South. We are the only agency dedicated to work in the South, and have placed more teachers in the South than any other service.
