360 Assessment

We’re well aware that the responsibilities of admission and enrollment professionals have grown exponentially over time. And if you’re tasked with financial sustainability issues at your school, you’re facing a number of new challenges at a time of increased scrutiny. It’s why we offer a consulting service designed to support admission and enrollment management professionals.

WE'RE HERE TO Help

If you’re like many schools, you may not have written a strategic enrollment management plan. Or prepare for board meetings in a consistently data-driven way. Or have effective strategies in place to plan for leadership or staffing transitions.

The goal of 360 Assessment is implicit in its name – a holistic review of your admissions operations and your strategic enrollment plan. The deliverable? A customized road map for improving the functioning and efficiency of your admissions office to help you reach enrollment goals.

The 360 Assessment gives you the information and knowledge you need to advance your work. We’ll work with you both before and after an onsite visit to document processes that will drive informed decisions at your school. You provide the subject matter expertise, and we’ll give you the support, knowledge, and leadership you need to empower you as an admission and enrollment professional.

The Process

Our process includes:

  • Pre-visit surveys for key school stakeholders and a thorough review of all admission data and materials

  • One-and-a-half day onsite visit with the 360 Assessment team to meet with your key constituents

  • Feedback about the structure and efficiency of the admission operations as well as ideas and recommendations on evolving vital elements of your enrollment management program

  • Summary Report (20-25 pages) delivered two weeks after site visit—an actionable document offering immediate, mid-term and long-term recommendations

  • Professional development roadmap for members of the admission office based on AISAP’s Learning and Development Framework and Professional Competencies

  • Follow-up conference call to discuss the findings and next action steps

  • Connections to other professionals doing industry-leading work in areas where you may have challenges

  • A list of additional resources to use for potential deep dives on issues such as demographic analysis, brand development, and marketing

See what some of our clients have to say

Beyond my expectations, as the consultancy team took the time, listened to me and my leadership team and dug in to help our school make meaningful strides from their recommendations.
Conducted a deep dive into our culture and admissions work to provide ideas for a pathway forward so that we could leverage more powerful current programs and new initiatives.
The value of Consultancy Service lies in their human approach. AISAP was sensitive to our highly relational culture and our unique processes, yet they were skilled in helping us improve our school's ability to solve future, as well as present problems within our stated mission and vision.
