Feedback that matters

AISAP is proud to present Guide Insights, a new tool for admission and enrollment professionals. In the context of our Learning & Development framework, this new tool helps you understand your behaviors (professional competencies) and how well you are meeting the expectations of the people you work with (professional behaviors). That's why we're partnering with Blank Page to give school leaders like you a tool that will provide specific feedback on how you’re doing and where you can improve.

We believe feedback should be transparent and based on expectations rather than an arbitrary performance score. Guide Insights asks you and your stakeholders to provide input on tangible behaviors, not vague buzzwords. We also believe that feedback is one of the most valuable information to your development, which is why Guide Insights is designed to give you actionable data on your daily behaviors. Whether you are supervising staff or seeking to take control of your journey or both, engage with AISAP’s Guide Insights, will impact both your daily success and long-term professional journey.

The Process

How does it work?

  • After you register, we’ll invite you to become part of a Cohort Group (limited to 10 people) that will meet over a period of 4-6 weeks with members of the Guide Insights team.
  • We’ll host a kickoff Zoom call to learn how to conduct your self review, set goals, and identify the stakeholders who will give you feedback. 
  • We’ll help you prepare a welcome email that will go out to your stakeholders to introduce the process and share the link for your individual feedback. 
  • You will receive your individual report and summary of feedback from your stakeholders. 
  • We’ll reconvene for a Zoom workshop to unpack your feedback and develop an action plan. 
  • You will be continue as part of a community for ongoing conversation and collaboration and support from the Guide Insights team.
